About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team at Waffle Pop in Lymington! You'll be working directly from our vibrant catering outlet, helping us serve up our signature waffles on a stick and deliver top-tier customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve our delicious waffles on a stick

Take customer orders and handle payments efficiently

Deliver friendly and engaging customer service

Support with day-to-day cleanliness and hygiene standards

Assist in creating fun and eye-catching content for our social media platforms

Be an ambassador for the Waffle Pop brand at all times
What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and outgoing personality

Confident in customer-facing roles

Comfortable using a till and handling cash/card payments

Creative flair for social media content (photos, videos, reels, etc.)

A team player with a proactive attitude

Previous retail or food service experience is a bonus (but not essential)

About the Role:
Waffle Pop is on the move – and we’re looking for energetic, reliable and fun team members to join us on the road! From music festivals to foodie markets, you’ll be part of a dynamic team serving up our iconic waffles on a stick to crowds across the South East and South West of England.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve our fresh, made-to-order waffles with a smile

Set up and pack down our mobile catering unit at events

Take customer orders and handle card/cash payments

Deliver great customer service in fast-paced environments

Assist with prepping toppings and maintaining hygiene standards

Create behind-the-scenes content for our social media (photos/videos/reels)

Represent the Waffle Pop brand with energy and positivity
What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, friendly and confident with the public

Able to travel to various event locations (transport provided from central points in some cases)

Comfortable working long days on your feet

Quick learner and team player
